The New School of Music is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community music school founded in 2013. We provide a non-competitive, challenging environment for students of all ages to study all styles of music on their chosen instruments or through vocal studies. With the help of our dedicated instructors, we’ve provided over 3,600 music lessons to more than 120 underserved youth, changing lives through the power of music. Music education has been shown to enhance language, reasoning, teamwork, creativity, academic performance, and self-expression. By improving a child’s life through music, we create a ripple effect that positively impacts families and communities for generations.
